Optimal Reach Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Molecular Influence platform (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up through Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Profile Information: You may provide additional information such as your company name, job title, industry, biography, and professional background to personalize your experience.
Content and Media: We store videos you upload, transcriptions, AI-generated content, social media posts, and related materials you create using the Platform.
Social Media Credentials: When you connect social media accounts (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), we store OAuth tokens and account identifiers necessary to post on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe provides us with a payment token and the last four digits of your card for reference.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, and IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; generate AI-powered content suggestions tailored to your profile and preferences; publish and schedule content to your connected social media accounts as you direct; process subscription payments and manage your account; send transactional emails related to your account and service; analyze usage patterns to improve Platform features and performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
3. AI Processing and Content Generation
The Platform uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic’s Claude API) to generate content suggestions. Your profile information, uploaded content, and conversation history with the AI coach may be sent to these services for processing. AI service providers process this data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell your content or personal information to AI providers. Content sent to AI services is used solely for generating your requested outputs and is not used to train third-party AI models under our agreements with these providers.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who assist in operating the Platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI services, email delivery); social media platforms when you direct us to publish content on your behalf; law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in data practices.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect your information. Video and media files are stored using Cloudflare R2 with secure, time-limited access URLs. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, necessary for dispute resolution, or needed to enforce our agreements. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for specific processing activities; and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), preferences (remembering your settings), and analytics (understanding how the Platform is used). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), Anthropic (AI content generation), OpenAI Whisper (transcription), and various social media platforms. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with through the Platform.
