A person, managed like a publication
Personal brand coaching starts with a plain question: what should someone believe after they have met you twice? The answer has to be narrow enough to repeat. A personal brand manager then keeps the public record aligned with that answer. Video, writing, a podcast, and the website are the channels. They are not a pile of tactics.
The studio is in Pittsburgh. The person does not have to be.
What the work covers
- A point of view the person can say out loud. The words have to be theirs.
- A plan for which channels carry that point of view, and which ones can wait.
- Review of how the person shows up now: site, social, search, and the gaps between them.
- Coordination with Thought Leader PR when the weekly publishing system is the right engine.
- A handoff to branding and creative design when the look is part of the trust.
What is public
The public proof of the studio is the work already on the site: client films, testimonials, and Russ Cersosimo’s book Molecular Influence. Coaching examples are added when they are ready to name.
