One full day of filming. Russ Cersosimo coaches on set and the crew produces. The day is a podcast-style interview in studio, or conversations on location, and we travel across Pennsylvania when the day is on the road. Delivery is about 30 days of short clips plus the full episode.

Do you travel across Pennsylvania for the shoot?
Yes. Pittsburgh is home, and the crew travels across Pennsylvania for an on-location day. The other format is a podcast-style interview in studio. We meet in a room you provide, or in our Pittsburgh setup. The prep call sets the people and whether the day stays in Pittsburgh or goes on the road.
What do I get after the shoot?

How the day works
Four steps. Book a call and we will scope the day, including the cost.
- Prep call. The questions, the people on camera, and the format. A podcast-style interview in studio, or conversations on location. If the day is on the road, this is also where the Pennsylvania trip is planned. How statewide days work.
- Shoot day. One full day. Russ Cersosimo is the on-set coach. The Optimal Reach Media crew handles the production. You are not directing yourself between takes.
- Edit. The long-form episode is cut, and the short clips are cut from the same day. The shorts are about 30 seconds, shaped for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Delivery calendar. You receive about 30 days of those shorts, plus the full episode. The calendar says when each piece is ready to publish. You get the files. Posting them is a separate conversation, if you want help with that.
